Description

The Penobscot Bay YMCA is looking for an experienced and passionate Childcare Director to lead their early childhood programs at the Main Branch in Rockport, Maine. This role involves providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing daily operations, staff development, family engagement, enrollment, program quality, and regulatory compliance. The director will guide the implementation of age-appropriate curricula, maintain a safe environment, build relationships with families, and contribute to community engagement.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Two years of management or supervisory experience.
