The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an experienced childcare educator for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula, supporting children’s learning and behavior, documenting observations and attendance, communicating with parents or guardians, maintaining compliant records and organized learning centers, attending team meetings, and supporting fundraising and volunteer development. The position requires an education or human services-related college degree, at least two years of verified childcare experience, current trainings, and successful completion of relevant clearances.
