Sinne is hiring a Location Manager to manage and develop a childcare location, overseeing 20 to 40 employees, providing clear guidance, safeguarding childcare quality, and fostering employee ownership. The role requires senior-level management experience, business operations expertise, and knowledge of team development and business processes. It is a one-year contract for 32–36 hours per week, with a salary of €3,952–€5,375, an 8% year-end bonus, travel expense reimbursement, and 210 hours of annual leave based on a 36-hour workweek.
