The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring an experienced childcare professional for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves creating developmentally appropriate learning experiences, managing children’s behavior positively, communicating with parents and guardians, maintaining attendance and compliance records, organizing learning materials, and participating in team-planning meetings.
