Description
Ferm is hiring a childcare worker for its Overijse daycare centre as part of the Praktijkcentra Kinderopvang project. The role combines employment with training, allowing the worker to care for children aged 0 to 3 years, communicate with parents, support children’s development and daily activities, and maintain hygiene and safety. The position offers an employee contract of at least 32 hours per week for a fixed term, sector-aligned salary, benefits, holiday pay, an end-of-year bonus, mileage or bicycle allowance, personal guidance, tailored training, and a favourable leave arrangement.
