The Childcare Worker welcomes children to an out-of-school care program in Amsterdam, creates a relaxed atmosphere, listens to their stories, provides structure, and leads age-appropriate activities. The role monitors the group, supports children’s social development, and collaborates with colleagues to coordinate a varied program. Applicants need an SPW-3/4 or relevant mbo childcare qualification, Dutch language proficiency at level 2F, and experience or interest in working with children aged 4 to 13.
