Konvert is seeking a childcare worker for a client in the Kortenberg area to provide pedagogically grounded care for children aged 0–3 years. The role involves organizing age-appropriate activities, independently caring for and comforting children, observing development with MeMoQ, supporting mealtimes, rest, and hygiene, communicating with parents, and performing household tasks. The position is full-time for the long term, with part-time work negotiable, and requires a childcare diploma or bachelor’s degree, a strong command of Dutch, and a caring, flexible, independent, and team-oriented approach.
