Description
Sanctuary for Families Inc. is seeking a Counselor for their Children & Families Services Program. The counselor will provide assessment, counseling, advocacy, and referral services to child witnesses of gender-based violence and survivors of teen dating violence. This role involves collaborating with a clinical team to deliver holistic, trauma-informed, survivor-centered clinical services using evidence-based modalities like Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Responsibilities also include developing client relationships, facilitating group sessions, completing documentation, conducting outreach, and supporting internships.
