Description
Special Kids is hiring a Children Activity Leader for its Kleinau Nursing Center to plan, direct, and support recreational, group, and Bible activities for medically fragile children in a skilled nursing program and outpatient clinic setting. The role also supports patients with behavioral, social, and developmental needs; assists with transfers, personal care, outings, events, and patient observations; and maintains a safe, clean environment. Part-time positions are available for 20–29 hours per week, with no evenings, weekends, or company-recognized holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an early childhood or child development degree, pediatric experience, and similar work experience are preferred. Current AHA Basic Life Support certification is required, along with basic computer skills.
