Children’s Assertive Community Treatment Community (ACT) Support Counselor at Center for Life Management

Center for Life Management (CLM) is seeking a full-time Children’s Assertive Community Treatment Community (ACT) Support Counselor. This role involves providing outpatient community-based support to children aged 3–21 experiencing mental illness or serious emotional difficulties. Responsibilities include individual therapy, family training/counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The counselor will deliver 22 hours of billable service weekly, focusing on reducing symptoms and promoting resilience.
