Brightpoint is hiring a part-time Children's Program Worker to provide nurturing caregiving, attentive supervision, and organized social-emotional activities for children ages birth to 17 during Parents Care & Share parenting support groups. The role works 2–6 hours per week, primarily in the Lawndale community, and includes safety checks, infant care, behavior management, snack service, hygiene assistance, and creating a welcoming environment for parents and children. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with children are required; the position pays $16.31–$17.50 per hour.
