The role involves structuring courses by skill level, communicating with parents, assessing and overseeing swimming badges, and documenting participant numbers and completed badges. Candidates should be positive and reliable with children, enjoy teaching in the water, and ideally have prior course-instructor experience; training and qualification are also offered.
