Description
Maxair Mechanical is seeking a Chiller Technician to serve as a direct customer contact, reporting to the operations manager/service manager. The technician will be responsible for servicing various HVAC equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing both scheduled and unscheduled service requests. Key tasks include communicating with dispatchers, area team leaders, and project managers, purchasing materials, completing paperwork accurately, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires strong communication skills, ethical conduct, and technical capacity, operating primarily in commercial settings such as schools, hospitals, offices, or factories.
