DarkStar Intelligence is hiring a Chinese Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer to design, develop, and deliver cryptologic training programs aligned with NSA/CSS and DoD standards. The role prepares future SIGINT language analysts through hands-on, scenario-based, and blended learning, including requirements analysis, Chinese-language content research, training material development, instructor collaboration, practical evaluations, and training-tool recommendations. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have relevant language, education, and ISD experience, and demonstrate native-level Chinese proficiency. The position offers $75,000–$85,000 annually and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
