Description
Phinity is hiring a Chip Architect to architect and lead edge-compute chips, owning microarchitecture, PPA, timing, area, power, and physical-feasibility tradeoffs. The role makes chip- and subsystem-level architecture decisions, establishes rigorous verification and signoff practices, collaborates with frontier AI models and researchers, and works closely with the founders. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience architecting and shipping complex chips or subsystems through tapeout, knowledge across RTL, microarchitecture, PPA, verification, and physical design, and experience using AI to develop chips.
