NVIDIA is hiring a Hardware Performance Modeling Architect to build a network simulator for designing, optimizing, and exploring future networking chips. The role defines network adapter chip architecture across product life cycles, collaborates with hardware and software teams, develops cycle-accurate simulation components, analyzes micro-architecture and system performance, and shares architectural knowledge. Candidates need a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, simulation-modeling experience, at least four years of chip architecture or system integration experience, knowledge of computing and networking systems, strong debugging skills, and familiarity with network simulation tools.
