Description
The Physical Therapy Assistant assists patients before and after care, takes vital signs, performs physical therapy modalities, documents patient progress, maintains treatment rooms and equipment, manages supplies, and supports general office operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, state certification or enrollment in an approved training program, CPR and/or First Aid certification, and one year of office experience in physical therapy or chiropractic care.
