Ghirardelli is hiring a Restaurant/Retail Supervisor to manage a store’s restaurant and retail operations, including sales-floor management, customer service, food and product safety, cleanliness, sales and labor-cost monitoring, MICROS point-of-sale use, employee scheduling and training, and basic employee relations. The role supports the general manager and may require travel across the country; it offers $23.00 per hour plus tips and bonus opportunities, holiday pay, and other employee benefits.
