Description
The Product Development Specialist will serve as the point of contact for new system development, preparing user requirements and test cases, coordinating user acceptance testing and trial testing, adjusting systems for regulatory or operational changes, and participating in Day 2 development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, at least two years of life insurance product development experience, insurance-system testing experience, and strong logical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
