Description
The Product Development Manager serves as the primary contact for new system development, from user requirements and test-case preparation through UAT, trial testing, system adjustments, and go-live confirmation. The role coordinates with IT and other departments, participates in Day 2 development, and may take on additional tasks assigned by the Head of Product. It requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, at least three to four years of life insurance product development experience, insurance-system testing experience, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
