Fortaegis is hiring a CI/CD Build Engineer to own and operate its GitLab CI/CD ecosystem for building FPGA bitstreams, firmware, and application binaries. The role maintains GitLab infrastructure, build runners, caching, and shared build systems; develops FPGA, cross-toolchain, Yocto, PetaLinux, and firmware build flows; creates reproducible, versioned artifacts; monitors and optimizes pipelines; and manages releases. Required skills include GitLab CI or GitHub Actions pipelines, build systems, Linux administration, containerization, scripting, FPGA tooling automation, DevOps practices, and documentation.
