Description

The CI Electrical & Instrumentation Technician at Haile Gold Mine will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, improvement, and installation of associated plant equipment for the process and water treatment plants. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing AC & DC circuits, control equipment, single-phase motors, three-phase electrical systems, various input and final control elements, and performing PLC troubleshooting. The technician will also be required to use various testing equipment and work with voltages up to 24.9K DC, while adhering to company health and safety requirements.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5-10 years of Industrial Electrical and Instrumentation experience
2+ Years exposure to heavy industries
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarization with NFPA 70E and the NEC
Experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Preventative maintenance programs
Exposure to mining or mineral processing industries is useful
Has significant experience of fixed equipment, crushing, grinding, milling plant, rotating equipment, and pressure vessels.
