Description
The role supports AMPI’s Midwest manufacturing plants by developing performance metrics, maintaining SOPs, ensuring EHS compliance, leading continuous improvement and Lean projects, troubleshooting equipment and controls, managing project budgets, and coordinating with vendors and management. It requires a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with three years of continuous improvement experience preferred in a manufacturing environment.
