Description
Carboline is hiring a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineering Intern in Lake Charles, Louisiana, for a 12-week summer program from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027. The intern will analyze production data, support Lean and Six Sigma process-improvement projects, develop procedures and training materials, participate in team meetings, shadow engineers and quality professionals, and assist with safety and environmental initiatives. The role is primarily office-based with occasional production-floor visits, requires 30–40 hours per week, and is open to students pursuing engineering, chemistry, or a related degree.
