Ingredion is hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern for its on-site Guadalajara Plant. The intern will support continuous improvement initiatives, implement the IPS management system and digitize logbooks, participate in process reliability projects, support production areas, track KPIs, and assist with 5S and Lean Six Sigma training. The role requires a Chemical Engineering student in the penultimate semester, unit-operation fundamentals, intermediate English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably Power BI knowledge; availability is preferably Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The posting includes a $10,500 monthly scholarship and superior benefits.
