Description
The CI Leader will lead and support continuous improvement and Lean deployment across manufacturing, materials, quality, and support functions, coach leaders and teams on Lean and Six Sigma practices, develop idea-generation and daily-management systems, manage the site productivity and improvement pipeline, and integrate safety and risk awareness. The role requires prior experience with Six Sigma tools and methodologies, at least five to eight years of full-time work experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and coach continuous improvement projects.
