The role leads lean transformation and operational excellence, including process improvement, value stream mapping, KPI tracking, Kaizen events, continuous improvement training, cost-out accountability, and deployment of the Eaton Continuous Improvement Framework. It also supervises the Maintenance team and supports productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and organizational capability initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of operations or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment, and offers a $113,000–$165,000 annual salary range; relocation within the United States is provided, while immigration sponsorship is not available.
