Description
Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is seeking a CI Reliability Engineer to improve equipment reliability and availability through failure analysis, maintenance strategy optimization, data-driven continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, reliability standards, and coaching of maintenance and engineering teams. The role also supports preventive and predictive maintenance, new product introduction, PFMEA, cost-out projects, and EHS compliance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least three years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance improvement, or continuous improvement, along with fluent English.
