LaBella is hiring a CIM Program Manager to lead firmwide civil and horizontal design technology strategy, standards, implementation, support, and staff management. The role oversees platforms including Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Bentley/MicroStation, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and related tools; manages technical managers and leads; develops CAD and civil design standards; coordinates software deployment and workflows; oversees training and user support; and assists project teams with technology planning and complex cross-discipline issues. The position prefers an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field and requires 8+ years of relevant design technology experience plus leadership of technical staff, programs, or initiatives. Salary is $105,000–$120,000 per year, with health and dental insurance and other benefits listed.
