The role manages day-to-day program operations, communications, event logistics, safety, team delegation, student engagement, and client care. Candidates should have strong communication, judgment, emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset, along with a driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
