Description
The CIP Operator performs Clean-in-Place sanitation on beverage processing equipment, completes post-operation inspections, maintains chemical storage and sanitation equipment, monitors documentation and environmental programs, and operates forklifts as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of sanitation chemicals and food-processing practices, familiarity with food-safety programs, and the ability to work alternate shifts and weekends. Physical duties include standing and walking for up to eight hours, lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally, and working in a fast-paced wet environment.
