Description
The Capital Implementation Program Manager supervises, plans, and coordinates capital improvement projects and related operations, including capital planning, budgeting, scheduling, policy development, contract negotiation, public meetings, and staff supervision. The role supports city leadership, reviews plans, ensures compliance, prepares reports, and coordinates with city divisions, agencies, and the public. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and six years of managerial capital improvement project or planning experience, including three years of supervisory experience, along with a valid New Mexico driver's license and City Operator's Permit.
