Description
NVIDIA is hiring a VLSI Standard Cell and ROM Design Engineer to develop and verify standard cell libraries and custom ROM modules in deep submicron technologies. The role covers transistor-level circuit design, modeling, performance analysis, design-flow setup, simulation, DRC/LVS debugging, and optimization of flip-flops, latches, register files, SRAM, and other custom circuits. Candidates need an MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of experience, and hands-on expertise in SPICE, EM/IR, aging, noise, margin, high-sigma variation, and DRC/LVS. The base salary is 116,000 USD to 189,750 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until August 4, 2026.
