Lockheed Martin is hiring a Digital Design Manager to lead the design, development, verification, testing, and production of high-performance digital circuitry and units for advanced avionics supporting commercial civil, space, and military programs. The role combines technical leadership in digital signal-processing hardware, FPGA-based systems, high-speed serializers/deserializers, and firmware with people management, stakeholder communication, risk and cost management, and program execution. It is a full-time office-based position near the Lockheed Martin Space facility on a flexible 9x80 schedule, requiring an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and United States citizenship.
