Resourcify is hiring a Circularity Operations Specialist to support its Circularity Managers with day-to-day recycling projects and customer and partner operations in EMEA. The role covers order processing, invoicing, complaints, compliance and documentation, onboarding clinics and locations, inventory and deliveries, platform master data, transport and recycling partner coordination, newsletters, and process improvement. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or controlling, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and CRM or platform systems, and fluent German and English. The position offers a gross annual salary of €40,000–€50,000 for 40 hours per week.
