Description
The role manages network and server technology infrastructure, including LAN and Wi-Fi administration, Microsoft server operations, service documentation, and compliance with business-unit OLAs. It requires 1–3 years of Microsoft and Cisco platform infrastructure experience, a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, CCNA certification, and knowledge of Windows, VMware, networking, telecommunications, and monitoring tools. The position is on-site, may include overtime with prior approval, and requires a driver's license and personal transportation.
