Citi is hiring a full-time Citigold Associate, internally titled Consumer Sales Support Analyst - C09, based in Hong Kong. The role supports production and sales functions, resolves sales issues, monitors regulatory controls, manages access media and sales tools, supports digital self-service overflow, and helps maintain customer-service quality. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of relevant experience, mandatory IIQE and HKSI certifications, operational and branch-service experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills.
