The Citizens Banker role serves as the face of a branch by building customer relationships, providing financial advice, recommending tailored banking solutions, introducing digital banking tools, collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners, and making outbound calls to acquire customers and schedule financial checkup appointments. The position requires a high school degree or GED, two years of sales and customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
