Citizens Bank is hiring a branch-based financial services professional to build customer relationships, provide financial advice, recommend products, support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, introduce digital banking, collaborate with wealth, mortgage, and business banking partners, and make outbound customer-acquisition calls. The role requires a high school degree or GED, two years of sales and customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
