Description
The Branch Banking Advisor serves as the face of a Citizens Bank branch, building customer relationships and providing financial advice on spending, saving, borrowing, investing, mortgages, credit cards, and other banking needs. The role includes recommending tailored financial solutions, introducing digital banking tools, collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners, making outbound calls to acquire customers, and scheduling financial checkup appointments. It requires a high school degree or GED, two years of sales and customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
