Citizens is hiring a branch-based Citizens Banker to build customer relationships, provide financial advice, recommend banking products, support spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, introduce digital banking tools, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking, and make outbound calls to acquire customers. The role requires a high school degree or GED, two years of sales and customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
