Citizens is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales growth and branch performance, coach colleagues, maintain customer and community relationships, and ensure operational integrity in a high-volume branch environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership and sales-management experience, a record of meeting sales and branch goals, and compliance with SAFE Act requirements. The schedule is 40 hours per week and may include weekends and evenings.
