Description
Citizens is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales growth and branch performance, coach colleagues, maintain customer and community relationships, and ensure operational integrity in a high-volume branch environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking, a record of meeting sales and branch goals, and compliance with SAFE Act requirements. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the schedule is 40 hours per week with possible weekends and evenings.
