Citizens is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales growth and branch performance, coach employees, maintain customer and community relationships, and execute financial and operational goals in a high-volume retail or branch banking environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four years of sales management experience, leadership and coaching ability, and compliance with SAFE Act requirements, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
