The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership and sales-management experience in retail or branch banking, a record of meeting sales and branch objectives, and compliance with SAFE Act requirements. The position offers 40 hours per week, may include weekends and evenings, and pays $93,150-$127,650 annually.
