Citizens is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, drive sales growth and branch performance, coach employees, maintain customer and community relationships, and execute financial and operational goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership and sales-management experience in retail or branch banking, a record of meeting sales and branch objectives, and compliance with SAFE Act requirements.
