The Citizens Teller greets customers in branch lobbies, demonstrates mobile-app and ATM use, processes simple transactions, provides personalized product and financial advice, and connects customers with Bankers. The role requires a high school degree or GED, at least six months of transaction-processing experience, one year of customer-experience experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, digital-technology comfort, and availability for branch hours including weekends and evenings. The position pays $21 per hour or more, offers 35 hours per week, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, tuition, and other benefits.
