Citizens is hiring a Citizens Teller to greet customers in branch lobbies, assist with mobile-app and ATM transactions, provide personalized financial guidance, answer product and benefit questions, and connect customers with Bankers. The role requires a high school degree or GED, at least six months of transaction-processing experience, at least one year of customer-experience experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, digital-technology comfort, and availability for branch hours including weekends and evenings. The position offers 40 hours per week, a starting salary of $21 per hour and up, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
