Citizens is hiring a Citizens Teller to greet customers in branch lobbies, assist with mobile-app and ATM transactions, provide personalized financial guidance, answer product and benefit questions, and connect customers with Bankers. The role requires a high school degree or GED, at least six months of transaction-processing experience, one year of customer-facing product-recommendation experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, digital-technology comfort, and availability for branch hours including weekends and evenings. The position offers 40 hours per week, a starting salary of $21 per hour, and a stated range of $21.00–$25.48 per hour, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
