Description
The Cloud Citrix Analyst supports, operates, and optimizes Citrix virtual application and desktop environments across on-premises data centers, colocation facilities, and public cloud. The role administers Citrix DaaS/CVAD, NetScaler/ADC, VMware, hyperconverged infrastructure, and Google Compute Engine; monitors and troubleshoots performance and availability; participates in incident, problem, change, and documentation processes; and supports maintenance, upgrades, disaster-recovery testing, and planned changes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, hands-on Citrix and hybrid-infrastructure experience, and participation in a rotating 24x7 on-call model with hybrid work 4:1.
